Conducted by Marlisa Napoletano who has a degree as Master in Slow food. The course are conducted in the large kitchen of the house. The scope of the courses can be arranged for both beginning and advanced cooks. Marlisa share the secrets of Umbrian, Neopolitan and Tuscan cuisine. She teaches her students to create imaginative menus using a basis of traditional recipes. Organic produce raised in her garden and other locally grown ingedients are emphasized. At the end of the course, there is a dinner where you can enjoy the food which you have cooked together accompanied by local Italian wines.
