Assisi

Assisi, situated in one of the most characteristic spots in Umbria on a spur of Mount Subasio is an obligatory stop on the international tourist trail for a multitude of reasons of a religious nature or otherwise.

Gubbio

Gubbio, which preserves its ancient medieval structure, is one of Umbria’s most important centres and the destination of quality tourism. Gubbio is continually growing. The tourist services offered by Gubbio are remarkable and are further enhanced by the presence of handmade wrought iron products and ceramic, making Gubbio worth a visit.

Norcia

Norcia is a fantastic city. Mountains rise above 2000 metres all around the plain of Norcia. Norcia, a name of Etruscan origin ("Norsia"), means "fortune" and has preserved until present day its magical significance.

Orvieto

The Orvieto area is characterised by a landscape of volcanic origin, with precipitous basaltic and tuffaceous formations in which hills, plains and clay gullies alternate. An interesting and varied landscape, with numerous villages, castles and towns of mediaeval origin.

Perugia

City of art, thanks to its numerous museums ; city of culture owing to the presence of two historic Universities and events of universal scope (Umbria Jazz - Sagra Musicale Umbra).

Spoleto

Spoleto is a picturesque and austere city rooted in the hill of S. Elia, and has a history that is many thousands of years old. It is one of the main towns in Umbria on account of the beauty of its early mediaeval and Renaissance monuments

Terni

The Terni touristic area offers a variety of tourist attractions to cater for the most diverse interests. The city has remarkable artistic features ranging from the Roman period to the 19th century. We should not forget to mention the waterfall known as the Cascata delle Marmore, a unique spectacle which has inspired the creative genius of painters and writers.
