Cooking Classes

Marlisa, who has a degree as Master in Slow food, on request organize cooking class.
The course will take place, in the large kitchen of the house, and can be
arranged for both beginning and advanced cooks.
She love share the secrets of Umbrian, Neapolitan and Tuscan cuisine, mixing
creative menus using a basis of traditional recipes. Organic produce raised
in her garden and other locally grown ingredients are emphasized.
At the end, a nice dinner together to enjoy the food which you have cooked,
of course, accompanied by local Italian wines suggested by a Sommelier.
